At the same time, the blowing system used to sort NG (no good) products also used compressed air from the same system, making it possible that the sticky residue and dirt on the inspection machine were due to unclean compressed air.
Improvement Approach
Installation of 3in1 Multi Dry Filter in the Automatic Inspection Machine's Air System
The factory therefore installed a 3in1 Multi Dry Filter to improve the quality of compressed air before it enters the automatic inspection machine.
