Refund policy

  1. Time limit for exchanges or returns: Within 1 month after delivery of the product.
  2. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns: The company is responsible.
  3. Transfer fee: The company is responsible.

※The company reserves the right to exchange or return products only in cases of customer requests.

※The company reserves the right to refund beyond the specified period.

※In cases where the company does not have a product to exchange, the customer will be asked to return the product to the company, and a refund will be processed for the customer.

 

・ Scope of warranty and refund.

1) If the company cannot deliver the product as ordered by the customer, the company is happy to refund the product and shipping costs in full without any deductions.

2) If the company's product does not match the specifications as stated on the website, the store is happy to provide a full refund without any deductions.

3) If the company's product is defective and cannot be used and the product is within the 1-month warranty period.

 

・ Not covered by warranty and refund.

The scope of the product warranty is limited to products purchased from the company only. However, in cases where the company deems it not to fall under the warranty scope for various reasons as follows.

The company reserves the right to warranty the product even during the warranty period.

1) Products classified as JUNK or products that are not covered by quality warranty from the beginning.

2) Product damage caused by details in the design of the software or machinery of the customer.

3) Product damage due to conditions, environment, usage methods, or storage that differ from those specified in the user manual.

4) Product damage from disassembly, modification, and repair by individuals other than the company.

5) Product damage due to wear and tear of consumable items such as batteries, fuses, etc.

6) Product damage caused by various natural disasters.

7) The product is damaged during shipping.

8) In the case where the buyer does not receive the product but upon checking with the shipping company, the status according to the tracking code indicates "Delivery Completed," the store cannot refund the buyer.

9) In the case where the customer mistakenly orders the wrong product, such as selecting the wrong model, size, or incorrect quantity.

 

・ Refund period for products

1) If the customer pays via credit card from a commercial bank registered in Thailand, the refund will be made back to the credit card used for payment, within approximately 15-20 business days (this depends on the customer's credit card billing cycle).

2) If the customer pays via Internet Banking or Cash on Delivery, the company will refund only to the name and account number from which the customer transferred the payment, within approximately 1-3 business days.

3) In the case where payment has been successfully made and the product is in the process of delivery, the company reserves the right not to cancel, refund, change, or modify the order.

Please use the product in a location that will not cause serious accidents even if the company's product malfunctions or has defects. Additionally, please use the company's products with systems that have backups or error prevention measures outside of the company's products when any issues arise.
