For products from the Thailand warehouse, the company will use a shipping company within Thailand to deliver to customers.

For products from the Japan warehouse, items will be shipped from the warehouse in Japan to the warehouse in Thailand first. After that, a shipping company within Thailand will be used to deliver the products to customers.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the customer's products

The company will do its best to deliver to customers at the lowest possible price.

3. Delivery Time

For products from the Japan warehouse, delivery can be made with a scheduled import once a week, and the shipping time within Thailand will not exceed 5 business days.

For products from the Thailand warehouse, the shipping time within the country will not exceed 5 business days from the date the order is received. The company will inform customers about the delivery date and time via email.

※In the case of bank transfer (prepayment), the company will prepare the shipment after confirming the payment.

4. Customs Clearance

For products from the Japan warehouse, the company will follow appropriate procedures to comply with Thailand's shipping standards. However, delays or issues may arise due to various customs regulations.
