Also known as intermittent spray, it involves turning the spray on and off in short bursts.

They had installed a competitor's flat spray nozzle to spray a small amount of water onto a specific spot on each piece of dough flowing on a conveyor belt.
However, they were experiencing issues with the spray mist spreading more than desired over the dough pieces, and spillage on their conveyor belt.
On the advice of our sales representative, they switched to our SD-CC nozzle, which is a solid stream jet type, and achieved the desired result: minimal spray area with overspray prevention — conveyor belt issues resolved!
