How to order 👇🏻

1. Click on the desired product.

Select the desired product from the website to view the product details.

2. Click to select the desired quantity of items.

If you can't select more than 1, it means the product is in limited quantity.

3. Click the black button to order.

If you want to select more items before ordering, you can click the "Add to Cart" button.

4. Place your order.

The red box area can be used to write a message to the store or to fill in information for requesting a tax invoice.

5. Specify email.

The company's tax invoice is in E-Tax Invoice format and will be sent to the email address provided. Please verify the accuracy of the email address.

6. Choose a delivery method.

6.1 "Delivery"

It means shipping via private courier (Flash Express).
Orders under 1,000 THB will incur a 50 THB shipping fee.

6.2 "Receive Goods"

Pick up at the store (click to see the address).
After receiving the order, the store will call to inquire about the date for picking up the goods.

7. Fill in the shipping address.

Note: Please provide a phone number that the delivery service can contact.

8. Choose a payment method.

8.1 2C2P : Credit card payment
8.2 Bank Deposit : Transfer via bank account. : Thai Domestic only
8.3 COD : Cash on Delivery : Thai Domestic only

9. Fill in the company information for issuing a tax invoice.

If the address is the same as the shipping address, you don't need to fill it in. Select "Same as shipping address".
The Tax ID number can be entered in the same field as the company name.

10. Verify accuracy.

Please double-check all product information and details, then click the blue button to confirm your order. A summary of your order will be sent to your email.

Shipping

Japanese Flag Japan Warehouse : Ships according to the import schedule, once a week, and takes no more than 7-14 business days for delivery within Thailand.

Thailand Flag Thailand Warehouse : Domestic delivery within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. The company will notify you of the delivery date via email.

※ In the case of advance payment, the company will proceed with the shipment after confirming the payment.

Please keep your receipt as proof of warranty.
( JUNK items and used items from Japanese stock are not covered by warranty)

Payment methods

Customers can choose to pay in advance by bank transfer or pay on delivery (COD).

The company will proceed with the shipment only after payment confirmation is complete.
In case of urgency, please choose another payment method.

🔸 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Upon delivery of the goods to the customer, please pay the cost of the goods to the shipping company that made the delivery.
※ Customers will be responsible for the fees/charges for the cash-on-delivery service.
